SP6001
SP6001Series EMI Filter Arrays
Newest additions to the SPATM portfolio integrate 4 and 6 EMI filters along with enhanced ESD protection in space efficient µDFN packages.
The SP6001 Series feature line capacitances of 24pF with cut-off frequencies of approximately 115MHz. It has a 4 and 6 channel version that typically provide attenuation ≥-30dB from 800-3000MHz. The four channel option will come in a µDFN-8 package measuring 1.7x1.35x0.5mm, and the six channel option will come in a µDFN-12 package measuring 2.5x1.35x0.5mm.
